Richard Adams II is a Georgia born, Tennessee raised, award winning independent filmmaker. Currently based out of Nashville, TN he achieved a B.S. degree in Film and Video Production at Middle Tennessee State University fall of 2014. For the past four years Richard has been a freelance camera operator in the live television production industry, as well as managing and evolving A Beautiful Memory: Wedding Films. Working on films, weddings, and sharpening his VFX craft in After Effects is what keeps him busy, as he strives to work towards goals of working for ILM (Industrial Light & Magic) one day.

 

 

At a very young age he was fascinated with camera’s, music, and super heroes! Finding his niche in filmmaking during his high school years, 26 year old Richard has always had a deep appreciation for the arts.

 

 

“The Man Who Thinks He Can” by Mr. Walter D. Wintle is Richard’s favorite poem to find motivative words and encouragement from. To Richard this poem is a constant reminder to not get discouraged by adversity presented within the filmmaking process.
